The indigenous Shuar of the Amazon Basin create exquisite items. Each work of art is authentic and handmade by women artisans. Every seed is collected directly from the jungle.
Please notice the "tool" which is used to drill each seed: a toothbrush handle with the brush removed and replaced by a small drill bit.
Artisans stated that some seeds take as long as 1/2 hour to drill.
